The flat is within 5 minutes by foot from Taksim square, metro, tramway and ferry. The building and the environment is very safe and peaceful. The flat and whole building are newly renovated and furnished. Can be used as homeoffice. It has a cable tv, a microwave owen, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a coffee machine. All the furnitures are from IKEA. The montly rate (€1,000) is valid for minimum one year period. Mothly rental rate does not include expences.  But it is also available for short periods, daily as well. Daily rate is €80/day (not less then 5 days) and includes expences (electricity, water, natural gas, building expences, and weekly housekeeping).
